Hospital & Emergency Personnel

• Remove the cap from the ICE drive
• Insert ICE drive into a USB port in the computer
• Go to “My Computer”
• Double click on the USB drive(s) Icon
• Double click on the “ICE.TXT” file
• The text file will load in your word editor
• You can now view this person’s medical history and emergency contacts
